what sickness does my Guinea Pig have?
within two days my Guinea Pig has lost a lot of weight and doesnt want to move much, I feed her water with a droper and then it seems like she has restless leg sendrom, and now she just is laying here not wanting to move
sounds like it could be pneumonia. have you been giving her vitamin c? does she have a crust around her eyes or nose? if so then she could have a respiratory infection. she needs to see a vet regardless. if it is pneumonia she’ll have antibiotics and fluids given to her. after that all you can do is give her pedialyte and keep her warm. she needs to see a vet immediately or she WILL die. my first guinea pig had pneumonia and the vet visit cost about $75. he pulled through just fine.
